The goods will normally be sent by Post Denmark. Shipped and / or heavier items will be shipped by GLS Transport or DSV transport. If you have an account with a shipping company just let us know the account nr.

Shipping Costs (Private Parcels Post Denmark)

0 -5 kg: 55.00 kr.
5-10 kg: 70.00 kr.
10-20 kg: 100.00 kr.

Shipping Costs (Business Lunches Post Denmark)

Only packages sent to addresses with tax ID

0 -100 kg: 75.00 kr.

For purchases below 250 kr., The order will be charged a service fee of 35 kr.

Shipping Costs (GLS / DSV Transport)

 0-10 kg: 85.00 kr.
10-20 kg: 120.00 kr.
20-30 kg: 145.00 kr.
30-2000 kg: 400.00 kr.

Shipping prices depends on destination and Size / weight that can be an additional cost for shipping for heavy and voluminous things, you will be contacted by Sechser Office here on.

For items in stock, the delivery time is normally day-to-day. (Order before 12h00)


A 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of invoice.

The warranty covers

Manufacturing and material errors are detected by the unit normal use.
The warranty does not cover: Defects or damages directly or indirectly caused by misuse, poor maintenance, violence or interference by other than factory-authorized workshop.


Sale of Goods Act provides a 14 day return on online purchases.
Item must be returned in original packaging with all supplied accessories.
Product and packaging must be intact.
Return of goods will be done at the customer's expense, and only after prior agreement by telephone.

Processing fee of 20% may be expected to check and returns handling.

Procured items and special produced products will normally not be returned.

We do not accept packages delivered "sent without adequate postage" and "Danish Carriers". The packages "will not be accepted"

Damaged packages

If the package is damaged, then deny receipt and contact Sechser Info. (lisa@smedical.dk)
Is the package received before the damage is discovered, the charterer (Post Denmark, DHL, DSV) fault and not Sechser Info.

But always call and let us find a solution
